Those magic erasers are amazing where they work. SOS pads are good for removing Great Stuff from your hands. Yes information technology takes off some skin, but it is better than having your hands covered in blackness viscous goo.

Sorry, nevertheless gonna employ them. You'd probably really freak to see the pickle jar with a bleach solution on my counter. Subsequently 30 years of scrubbing my cast atomic number 26 tub in my last business firm it looks smashing.

CLR and the others. Basically an acid base. You may have to do some porcelain repair on the spot near the bleed. Looks to me similar the porcelain is gone. Kits at hardware stores and easy as you don't care nigh "pretty".

I suppose if the landlord guaranteed everything to be in sparkly-brand-new status, you might have a instance. But since y'all are already aware you are renting a "super-old" apartment I'g guessing that excuse won't fly. Good proposition and it'due south a good product. All-time regards, sincerely

"The Works" You lot tin get this at the dollar store; this has been one of the best cleaners I've ever used. I no longer use whatsoever other bath cleaner. "The Works" comes in a tub & shower, toilet, and lime cleaner. When you lot spray it on, allow it set up for a few minutes and and so wipe. link: http://world wide web.theworkscleans.com/tubandshower.html

We just relocated and the rust and who knows what is a real problem. I used several products and the whole time, it just kept getting worse. I didn't try CLR. So, I used all my Comet and went shopping for more than and plant "Comet 2x Bleach", dry product. In the morning, I put lots of it in the tub and scrubbed with a light-green pad - Scotch Brite. Then information technology dried and I moisture the green pad and scrubbed once again and did that 2 or 3 more times and it was nearly spotless and if I could accept gotten on my knees to scrub (brutal downwardly outside - boo) it would take probably completely cleaned it. On the faucet, vinegar might do information technology or the CLR. If I used vinegar, I would soak a rag in the vinegar and wrap it and let information technology sit and yous might need to do that several times. I attempt to become with less toxic when I can.
